Ocean-Immersion

This book is an immersion in another world. It plays with our sensations and illusions. It pulls us out of the daily stress and immerses us into an underwater world, where we are confronted with darkness and fear. It shows how we can control our mind and body in the middle of nothing, how we can look at it without fear and how we can prepare for it. It is a borderline experience beneath the surface of the ocean, where everything becomes quiet and time and space become one. And in the depths of the ocean something happens and we change. Sometimes the diver looks like our planet earth in the universe which raises the question about our existence and how we should deal with it.
