The first part of this story is a re-imagining of an account given during an unofficial interview with an anonymous British S.A.S commando who allegedly served in Antarctica after World War Two. The second part presents an alternative perspective of the various operations that occurred there before, during and after the war. As well as including more established events and figures to give it historical context, this story also includes various elements from several conspiracy theories that are all centred on Antarctica. Although this story has taken inspiration from all the above, the characters, events and details within the story have been fictionalized for the purpose of this narrative. Like with Frankenstein's monster, forgotten unmarked graves have been uncovered to provide various components that have been sewn together to make up the body of the work; imagination has provided the electricity that breathes life into its existence.
